3.- Al existing bills will be issued on the month of renewal, with 15 days credit for payment.
You must make payment of the fees the date and places specified under the contract or form of payment.
DEFAULTER STATUS
For those who exceed the limit of payment, Will be charged a monthly fee equivalent to 30% + taxes, in the same way no changes will be made to sites on “delinquent status”.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Free Vision offers you, at no additional cost, the following services in order to provide technical support to resolve any deficiencies that are present in the infrastructure of Free Vision Web:

- To pay the Web hosting within the margin of time may receive the benefit (at no additional cost) of two monthly changes, applicable at text and photos without editing.
AUTHORIZATION FOR COPY OF YOUR WEBSITE
To be the case that a third party start against “Free Vision, any complaint”, dispute, suit, proceeding or court proceeding, you are forced to make “Free Vision” safe and in accordance inmediately and without need of judicial declaration, and requiring the payment of damages, in addition to exercising the functions under this law that will apply.
RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE WEB SERVICE PACKAGE SELECTED
You agree to:

• At all times adhere to legal provision (including the Conduct Code on the Internet to accomplish) governing the provision and use of the Service or Selected Web Bundle.
• Delimit, restrict, prevent, prohibit and prevent your company's personnel or third parties misuse, abuse or unauthorized use of "Web Service", obliged to cover all charges, including loss and damage caused to Free Vision and / or third parties arising from their breach.

RESPONSABILITY
You will be responsible of:
• All content, the information stored at your site, also the broadcasting of this to Web users.
• Damage and injuries because of unauthorized acces , stolen, destruction, or misuse of information, files or,programs from your property related directly or indirectly to “service and selected bundle” given by Free Vision.
• Release Free Vision from any charge, claim, demand or legal action that could come along against it or its customers.
• The customer, for its part agreed to accept all terms and commits to make good use of its Web site and system, without violating moral precepts and in its place without displaying any obscene, pornographic or violates any person directly under Constitution of the Estados Unidos Mexicanos. To do so your account will be disabled without notice.
FREE VISION RESPONSABILITY:
Free Vision shall not be liable if is submit any of the following:
• Verify and / or evaluate damaged files with viruses and / or do not comply with the specifications of a file or Web page, which in absence to require Free Vision. Therefore, Free Vision will not be responsible for repair, vaccinate and / or decrypt any file sent by you for review and validation.

RESPONSABILITY LIMITS
Free Vision responsibility in case of any breach of the obligations under this you are responsible, is limited to payment of direct damages caused you and / or any third party for any purpose which exceed the monthly rent paid by you in the months immediately preceding that in which the failure occurred.
In any case, Free Vision liable for indirect or consequential damages, losses or no earned income, resulting from a breach of any of the obligations in accordance with this it.
INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
You warrant that the rights of intellectual property that may be implicit in the use of "Service" does not violate any order of the government, no law or regulation in force or any right of intellectual property of others, so if that a third start against Free Vision, any claim, complaint, suit, trial or judicial or administrative process, You agree to make peace and save Free Vision in immediately and without need of judicial declaration, and require payment of damages, in addition to exercising the legal actions that correspond to this line
CIRCUNSTANCES OR FORCE MAJEURE
Before the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure which prevents partial or complete performance of "Service", the suffering that event or force majeure may terminate the Service, by notice in writing to its counterpart within ten calendar days that this has happened. This does not relieve you of your obligation to pay him according to the present.
Free Vision is not responsible for the failure in discharging its obligations contained herein, when such failure is due to circumstances beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, garnishment , fire, flood, strike, unavailability or interruption in the media used to deliver the service, inability to obtain supplies or power used in or the infrastructure through which the service is provided.
DURATION
Recruitment that you make will last for 12 months and begin your term after accepting the terms and conditions set out in your contract.
TERMINATION
